How we organise it
We agree it month by month: a few days a month, with a check-in meeting and a written summary of decisions and next steps. I'm based in Barcelona and I like spending time in your office with your team; I also travel when the project calls for it.
Why me
I've spent 15+ years in digital marketing, always obsessed with processes, and I'm studying the Master in Chief AI Strategy at Nuclio Digital School. I bring the two together: understanding the business and knowing what AI can do for it.
