What people usually ask before the first call.

Getting started

What exactly does pleko do?

I help you get rid of manual, repetitive work. I connect the tools you already use, automate the steps you do by hand today and add AI only where it really saves time. You end up with clear workflows that run on their own, and you understand how they work.

Who is it for?

For people and companies who feel they lose hours to work a machine could do. Industry and size don't matter: if you copy data from one place to another, or a report eats your morning, there's a thread worth pulling.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You know your work and I handle the technical side. I explain everything in plain words and, if you want, I'll teach you how to do it yourself.

What happens on the 20‑minute call?

You tell me how you work today and what's slowing you down. I ask questions, share one or two concrete ideas and tell you honestly whether it makes sense to go further. No sales pitch, no commitment.

How much does it cost to automate a process in my business?

From €190* for a diagnosis, and from €650 for one specific automation, always with a clear quote before we start. See services and pricing

*If we go ahead with a project afterwards, you get the €190 back in full.

What is the 2-minute diagnostic?

Seven quick questions that estimate how many hours a year you could get back. Afterwards I write to you with 2 or 3 ideas for your case. It's free and there are no strings attached.

Tools and AI

Do I have to change the tools I use?

Almost never. I start with what you already have (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Excel, your CRM) and get them talking to each other. I only suggest something new if it really saves you work.

Which tools do you work with?

The ones you already use. When needed, I add automation tools like n8n, Make or Zapier, databases like Airtable or Notion, and AI models like ChatGPT or Claude. I pick the simplest one that solves the problem, not the trendiest.

n8n, Make or Zapier: which one do I need?

It depends on how much you'll automate, who will maintain it and what you want to spend each month. I walk you through it with your numbers and we choose together. The tool matters less than a workflow that makes sense.

The tools are easy now. Why not do it myself?

You can, and I'll teach you if you like. Building a simple flow gets easier every month. The hard part is choosing what's worth automating, connecting it to everything else without breaking anything, and making it work as well on day one hundred as on day one. That's where I help.

API, MCP, RAG, agents… Do I need to understand all this?

No. But someone does. An automation that really works brings many pieces together: the AI that understands the text, the API that connects your apps, the permissions so nobody sees what they shouldn't, the keys locked away, the point where a person checks and the tests that show it answers well. Each piece is simple on its own. The hard part is knowing which ones you need, which you don't and how to fit them so it doesn't break the first time. That's what I do, and if you're curious, I'll explain it along the way. See the AI glossary.

ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini? Which model do I need?

It depends on the task. Each company has several models, and each one shines at something: writing, coding, analysing documents, creating images or video, research. Large models reason better but cost more; small ones are fast and cheap. In a well-built flow, every step uses the model that suits it. Use the most expensive one for everything and, at scale, the bill takes off without the quality getting any better.

What's an AI agent, and do I need one?

An agent is AI that doesn't just answer: it takes steps on its own and uses tools, like searching your CRM or drafting an email. Sometimes that's exactly what you need. Often, a simpler flow does the same job with less risk and lower cost. I'll tell you honestly which one fits.

Can you automate content creation for social media?

Yes. I set up a system that helps you come up with ideas, develop them and take them all the way to a post, with images, video and caption, in your own accounts and with a human check before anything goes out. And I teach whoever runs your social media to use it.

Can AI write blog posts and newsletters in my own voice?

Yes, if it's taught properly. I set up a system that helps you brainstorm ideas and turn them into drafts that sound like you, not a copy, because it starts from what you've already written. You pick the ideas and have the final word.

We tried AI and it didn't stick. What's different?

It usually fails because AI is tried “in general” rather than inside a specific everyday task. I start with one real process, untangle it, then automate it. Automating a tangled process just tangles it faster.

Will AI replace my people?

That's not the idea. The idea is that your people stop copying and pasting and spend their time on work that needs judgement. Important decisions stay with a person.

Timing

How soon will something be working?

I work in short phases, so you can usually try something in the first week. A simple workflow can be ready in days; a project with several parts takes a few weeks.

What if something isn't worth automating?

I'll tell you first. Sometimes the best fix is changing one step, not buying a tool. I'd rather save you money than sell you something you don't need.

Data and safety

What about my data?

Everything lives in your accounts, documented and yours. I use the minimum permissions needed, follow GDPR and can sign an NDA if you need one.

Is it safe to give you access to our tools and data?

It's the right question to ask. I work with my own user inside your accounts, never with your passwords, with the minimum permissions for each task and two-step verification. We sign a confidentiality agreement, I test changes on copies before touching real data and, when we finish, you remove my access in one click. Everything is logged.

Do you comply with GDPR and the EU AI Act?

Yes. When I work with your company's personal data I act as a data processor, and we put that in a signed contract. I choose providers with EU servers or adequate safeguards, send AI only the data it really needs and apply the transparency the EU AI Act asks for. If your case has legal nuances, we look at it with your adviser.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The workflows, accounts and documentation are in your name from day one. If we stop working together tomorrow, everything keeps running.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

It can happen, so I design things so that nothing important reaches a customer without a person checking it. AI drafts, your people decide.

How do you stop AI doing something it shouldn't?

I give it only the permissions it needs, keep keys somewhere safe and add a human check before any important step. I also protect flows against hidden instructions in emails or web pages that try to trick the AI, and keep a log of what each one does. Here's how.

After the project

What happens when you're done?

Everything is documented and lives in your accounts. I leave you training materials and teach you or your team how to use the workflows and change them when needed.

What if something breaks or needs improving?

Tools change and workflows need adjusting too. Depending on what we build, I'll suggest a support plan: from one-off fixes to a monthly review that keeps everything up to date and keeps improving it. And because everything is documented, your team can handle the simple things.

Do you run training or workshops?

Yes. Hands-on workshops so your people use AI in their everyday work, with their own tasks rather than textbook examples. More about training.

Do I legally have to train my team on AI?

The EU AI Act asks companies that use AI, including tools like ChatGPT, to take measures to support their people's AI literacy. Since July 2026 it doesn't require a guaranteed level, but it does expect effort. A hands-on workshop with materials is a simple way to do it. This is general information, not legal advice. More about training.

About me

Who is behind pleko?

Me, Alexandros Reïzos. I live in Barcelona and have spent 15+ years in digital marketing for startups and tech companies, and in project management, which is how I still work today. Alongside pleko, I also do web design, optimisation and digital marketing. My personal site is areizos.com.

Do you work in person with companies in Barcelona?

Yes, it's what I enjoy most. I live in Barcelona and prefer to sit with your team and see how you really work. For follow-ups, or with clients further away, I also work by video call, in English or Spanish.

Why a one-person studio and not an agency?

Because you always talk to me, from the first call to the last tweak, with no salespeople or middlemen. I've spent 15+ years in digital marketing, always obsessed with processes. Every project gets my direct attention.

What training do you have in automation and AI?

I'm studying the Master's in Chief AI Strategy at Nuclio Digital School in Barcelona. I also hold Google's Project Management Professional Certificate, Ethics of AI and Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki, Vanderbilt University's AI agents programme, and Make's and Notion's official training. And I keep learning about security and the EU AI Act, because this field changes every month.
