Privacy policy
Your data, explained without the small print. I collect as little as possible, and only to reply to you.
Who is responsible
Alexandros Reïzos (pleko), Barcelona, Spain.
Contact: alex@pleko.es · +34 656 310 631. Full owner details are in the legal notice.
What data I collect, and when
- Free diagnostic (Tally form): your name, email, company, phone if you give it, and your answers about how you work.
- Booking a call (Cal.com): your name, email, the time you pick and anything you want to tell me.
- Email or WhatsApp: whatever you send me.
- Browsing: this site uses no cookies and no advertising pixels. To know how many visits it gets and which pages are read, I use Umami, cookie-free statistics that don't store your IP address or anything that identifies you. The host keeps technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
What I use it for
- Replying to you and preparing the diagnostic with ideas for your case.
- Organising and holding the call you book.
- If we work together, running the project, invoicing and legal obligations.
I don't sell or share your data, I don't use it for advertising and I make no automated decisions about you.
Legal basis
- Your consent, when you send the form (you can withdraw it at any time).
- Pre-contract steps and contract, when you book a call or we work together.
- Legal obligation, for invoicing.
How long I keep it
If we don't end up working together, I delete your data no later than 12 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask. If you're a client, I keep it for as long as we work together and then for the periods the law requires (for example, for tax).
Which providers
- Tally (Belgium, EU): diagnostic form.
- Notion (USA): where I keep enquiries and client management.
- Cal.com (USA): booking calendar.
- GitHub Pages (USA): website hosting.
- Umami (USA): visit statistics, without cookies.
- Google Fonts (USA): the site's fonts; your browser connects to Google to load them.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and my email provider, only if you choose to contact me that way.
When a provider is outside the EU, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask me for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to alex@pleko.es. I reply within one month.
If you think I haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Cookies
pleko.es sets no cookies of its own and no analytics cookies: visit statistics work without cookies. If you open the booking calendar, Cal.com may use technical cookies it needs to work. Links to LinkedIn or GitHub take you to their sites, with their own policies.
Security
I apply to your data what I promise my clients: minimum access, two-step verification and trusted providers. More in AI with judgement.
